• (Arbitration Costs: The costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees, will be shared equally by the parties, except where the arbitrator finds that the arbitration was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, in which case the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.)
• (Arbitrator’s Authority: The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant any relief that would be available in a court of law under these Terms. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.)

• (Severability: If any portion of this Dispute Resolution Clause is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason, (a) the unenforceable or unlawful provision shall be severed from these Terms; (b) severance of the unenforceable or unlawful provision shall have no impact whatsoever on the remainder of the Dispute Resolution Clause or the parties’ ability to compel arbitration of any remaining claims on an individual basis pursuant to the Dispute Resolution Clause.)

10. Payment Terms and Subscription Information

By subscribing to and using the TRACKMYFORECLOSURES LLC. Service, you agree to the following payment terms and subscription conditions. These terms ensure transparency and outline your obligations regarding payments and the subscription process.
