Q: What is BPO Assistant?

A: We are a web based system designed to allow you to autofill MSR’s/BPO’s track and complete them in a more efficient manner. Our webware was designed by Realtors, we started this project April 2008 and are proud to launch it after a year of extensive BETA testing by Realtors from Coast to Coast.

Q: What system requirements are needed to use BPO Assistant?

A: Our webware is compatible with WINDOWS XP, WINDOWS VISTA, WINDOWS 7, WINDOWS 8, and WINDOWS 8.1. We recommend at least the following computer specifications: 256MB RAM, 1.5 GB processor speed and at least 500 MB of free hard-drive space.

Q: What companies does BPO Assistant support?

A: Our webware can interface with most web based, HTML, BPO forms available. Effective January 2012 we now support Equator PDF based BPO’s. January 1, 2012 we have over 80 companies and offer full access to those companies giving you over 450 macros.

Q: Does BPO Assistant work with Equator?

A: YES, YES, YES it does. We launched our Equator auto fill program January 2012. We are currently the only company that can auto fill the Equator PDF based BPO in less than 5 minutes. In addition to the BPO we have supported auto fill for the Fannie Mae(outsourced) MMR since 2010. Our Equator PDF auto fill supports Bank of America, HSBC, GMAC, Fannie Mae, REO Solutions and more.

Q: Does BPO Assistant work with Multiform(Fannie Mae Direct agents)?

A: No it does not, Multiform is a PC based software that does not work with our auto fill software. However we do offer the Multiform BPO within our site at no extra charge to our users, this duplicate the Fannie Mae BPO and creates a zip file for you with the PDF and XML files ready for you to upload to AMN. Did we mention it is at NO CHARGE to our users and you can have it on as many computers as you need!.

Q: What companies does BPO Assistant NOT support?

A: At this time IMacros will not function with the following companies: Finiti, FISERV, Service Link, our webware can interface with most web based, HTML, BPO forms available. We currently do not support the following formats: MULTIFORM or WORD document and excel spreadsheets.

Q: Will BPO Assistant work on MAC?

A: Yes and No, at this time IMacros has a beta version available, there are a few glitches with it but it functions. Yes, if you have a windows side to your MAC (Parallel or other programs) it functions just like a PC. Our IT team is working with IMacros for the MAC version and we will let everyone know as soon as it functions properly.

Q: What if the BPO form I need is NOT available in BPO Assistant?

A: We are always looking to add new companies and new forms. If you have a company that you have an open order for and are willing to wait up to 24 hours while we record a macro please send our support staff an email and we will work with you to create a new form.

Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade my package?

A: You are free to change you package at any time. There are additional fees associated with each package and these fees apply to any and all changes. We do not charge to downgrade your package but all downgrades must be done prior to the start of your next billing cycle.

Q: Is there a long term contract?

A: NO contract required!! BPO Assistant was designed so you can run month to month. Credit cards are charged monthly based on your sign up date. There are package discounts available for prepaying for 1 year access.

A: Try our webware for 30 days if you are not happy with BPO Assistant for any reason notify us at support@trackmyforeclosures.com and we will cancel your subscription and refund all of your fees (set up fee included).

Q: Can I Manage my business from my mobile phone?

A: Yes, you can view and add your orders with any mobile device that has Internet Access. However, BPO Assistant auto fill is not mobile based.

Q: Is there any extra software to purchase?

A: No, you will not need to buy any software to use our online office

Q: Is there a limit for how many properties I can manage?

A: No, you will be able to manage unlimited properties for one flat low monthly rate. We do not penalize agents for production.

Q: Can I create custom access for my vendors?

A: Yes. You can limit the access of sub users on your account very easily. You control what features or information they have access to.

Q: Will my data be archived?

A: Yes. All of your data will be archived every 120 days and you will be able to access them whenever you need to.

Q: How many documents can I store?

A: BPO ASSISTANT allows you to store an unlimited amount of documents.

Q: How secure is my account information?

A: BPO ASSISTANT is protected by an SSL certificate with 128-bit encryption, so that all of your personal information is submitted safely and securely. All of your document uploads are also secured in a private folder which is created for each individual account, where they cannot be accessed except from within your own account. Passwords are also encrypted, to help ensure the safety of your account.

Q: If my computer crashes is my property info lost?

A: No. All the information you enter or upload into your online office is hosted online on the secure BPO ASSISTANT site and on our secure servers and is not affected by any issues with your personal computer.

Q: What happens if my credit card payment fails?

A: You will receive an alert email from us, letting you know it has failed, and with instructions on what to do to make sure payment is received. You will have 3 days to re-enter or update your credit card information in your account (as described in the previous question/answer). Doing so, will cause the charge to be resubmitted. If you do not do this within the 3 day period, your account will be suspended for yourself and all of your vendors.

Q: Is there a way to cancel my account?

A: If you wish to cancel your account, please email support@trackmyforeclosures.com with your request. You will need to give us at least 3 days notice, prior to your next billing, to avoid being billed for the next month.
